Aldo is the founder of Cibicworkshop, a design studio and multidisciplinary research centre based in Milan, Italy. The latest evolution of his signature Rethinking Happiness project, first presented at the 12th La Biennale di Venezia, has grown into a platform for discussion on how through the broadest interpretations of design, we can promote happiness. Its focus is both on collective intelligence learnings, and unique ideas.
