Mascarpone Gelato


500g (18 oz.) Mascarpone cheese

1 cup (250ml) granulated sugar

1 vanilla bean, scraped

60 ml (2 oz.) Limoncello

8 mini ice cream cones


In a bowl, whisk together Mascarpone, sugar, vanilla bean seeds, and Limoncello. Freeze for 30 minutes. Serve in cones.


Almond or vanilla extract can be added to add dimension to this dish. Fresh berries or sliced fruits are best served with this refreshing gelato.
