Linguine gamberi zucchine


4 shrimp peeled

2 zucchini

2 cloves of garlic

1/5 onion

1 teaspoon of chili pepper

1/5 glass of white wine

1 tbs pepper

6 little tomatoes

250 gr linguine

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil




Cut the zucchini’s, the onion and crush the garlic. Cook for 4 minutes evrything with olive oil and add the 1 teaspoon of chili pepper. After add the shrimp. When they became red add the white wine. At the same time prepares the pasta. Boil water for the pasta, add salt, when the water boils put the linguine and follow the cooking time. Drain the pasta and put it in the pot of the shrimp and add pepper as you like while the fire is lit. Serving the pasta and add on it the fresh little tomatos.
