Best Hair Tip For The Season: Keep your hair hydrated. Your hair needs all the moisture it can get in winter. Use conditioner from mid-length to the ends of your hair. Concentrate on the ends as they are the oldest and most damaged. Leave conditioner in for a few minutes and rinse it out with cool or lukewarm water to seal in the moisture.

Horror Story: When I first started as a hairstylist, one of my good friends came for a trim. We usually thin out her hair just a little because she has really thick hair. We were so into our conversation I got distracted and grabbed the wrong pair of scissors. I literally chopped off her hair! I must’ve said sorry about 1,000 times. She was so cool about it; she wasn’t even mad. We still laugh about it so much and no, it never happened ever again.
