Pasta Fredda (cold pasta)

Ingredients:

250g Orecchiette

2 Roasted Peppers Sliced

100g mozzarella

50g prosciutto

4tbs of pesto

2 tbs of oil

 

Instructions:

In a large pot of salted boiling water and cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water, and drain.

Add ingredients and mix everything together. Let stand in refrigerator for 1/2 hour and service.
